This policy explains what personal information PrepManzil collects, why we
collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address and phone number when you
buy material or contact us, the material you are ordering, and the reference
number of your payment.
Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser type, the pages
you visit and time spent on them, through standard web server logs and website
analytics.
We do not collect or store card details, bank details or your UPI PIN.
Payments are made directly through your own payment application.
Why we collect it
- To deliver the material you have paid for
- To answer your questions and handle support requests
- To keep records of transactions, as required for tax and accounting
- To understand how the website is used, so we can improve it
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary:
with our website hosting provider, which stores the site and its data, with
Google’s email service, through which we send and receive messages, and where
we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Other information we delete on request.
Your rights
You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct
anything that is wrong, or delete information we are not required to keep.

This website uses cookies necessary for it to function, and may use analytics
cookies to understand traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings,
though parts of the site may then not work correctly.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly
collect their information.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of
transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee
absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always the one on this page.
