These terms govern your use of prepmanzil.com and the purchase of study material from PrepManzil. By using this website or buying from us, you agree to them.
About us
PrepManzil provides study material and test series for GATE, ESE, ISRO, BARC, PSU recruitment and State Engineering Services examinations.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must purchase on your behalf.
What you are buying
We sell digital study material delivered as PDF files. You are buying a licence to use that material for your own examination preparation. You are not buying ownership of the content.
What you may not do
You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share or reproduce our material for any other person, whether free or for payment. This includes messaging groups, file-sharing sites and social media. Each purchase is for one individual.
Our material is protected by copyright. We monitor for unauthorised distribution and will act where we find it.
Delivery and access
Material is sent to the email address you provide at the time of purchase. You are responsible for giving us a correct address and for keeping the material secure once you receive it.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order already placed.
Availability of the test series
The test series is under development and is being released in stages. Where a product page describes material as forthcoming, that is what it means. We do not take payment for material that is not yet available.
Accuracy of content
We take care to ensure our material is accurate and set at the standard of the relevant examination. We do not guarantee that it is free of errors, nor that using it will produce any particular examination result. Syllabus and examination patterns are set by the conducting bodies and may change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal.

2. Privacy Policy
Effective date: 7th September 2026
What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address and phone number when you buy material or contact us, the material you are ordering, and the reference number of your payment.
Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and time spent on them, through standard web server logs and website analytics.
We do not collect or store card details, bank details or your UPI PIN. Payments are made directly through your own payment application.
Why we collect it
- To deliver the material you have paid for
- To contact you about your order where email is not working
- To answer your questions and handle support requests
- To keep records of transactions, as required for tax and accounting
- To understand how the website is used, so we can improve it
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary: with our website hosting provider, which stores the site and its data, and where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Other information we delete on request.
Your rights
You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete information we are not required to keep. Write to prepmanzil4u@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This website uses cookies necessary for it to function, and may use analytics cookies to understand traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then not work correctly.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always the one on this page.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 7th September 2026
Our material is delivered digitally. A PDF cannot be returned once it has been sent, so refunds are limited to the situations below.
When we will refund you
We refund in full in these cases:
Duplicate payment. You were charged more than once for the same order.
Corrupt or unreadable file. The file we sent will not open, or is damaged.
Wrong material delivered. You received something other than what you paid for.
In the second and third cases we will normally send the correct or working file first. If we cannot, we refund you.
When we will not refund you
We do not refund because you changed your mind after receiving the material, because you have read it and did not find it useful, because you bought the wrong subject or branch by mistake, or because of your examination result.
Free sample pages are available before you buy, so you can judge the material for yourself first. Please use them.
How to request a refund
Write to prepmanzil4u@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with:
- The email address used for the purchase
- The date of payment and the transaction reference
- What went wrong
We respond within 3 working days.
How refunds are made
Approved refunds are sent back to the account the payment came from, within 7 working days of approval.
Cancellations
An order cannot be cancelled once the material has been sent. If you have paid but not yet received your material, write to us and we will cancel and refund in full.
4. Shipping and Delivery Policy
Effective date: 7th September 2026
PrepManzil sells digital study material only. Nothing is physically shipped and there are no delivery charges.
How delivery works
Once your payment is confirmed, we send the material as PDF files to the email address you provided.
Delivery time
Material is currently sent manually, within 24 hours of payment being confirmed. Most orders are sent much sooner. We are working towards automatic delivery.
If your material has not arrived within 24 hours, write to prepmanzil4u@gmail.com with your payment reference and we will send it immediately.
Where we deliver
Anywhere. Delivery is by email, so there are no geographical restrictions.
If something goes wrong
If the email does not arrive, check your spam and promotions folders first. If it is not there, contact us with the email address and payment reference you used and we will resend.
Please make sure the email address you give us is correct. We cannot deliver to an address entered wrongly, but we will resend as soon as you tell us the right one.
